We're looking for an experienced Distribution Operations Coordinator to take the lead in crafting and coordinating switching procedures for our electric distribution system. What You'll Do: ✅ Develop detailed switching procedures to ensure smooth operations across our vast electric distribution system
✅ Collaborate with the control center to schedule and execute critical switching plans
✅ Partner with engineers and peers to review, refine, and approve procedures
✅ Provide real-time support and troubleshooting during switching operations to keep everything running smoothly
What You Bring: 🔧 5+ years of experience in the electric utility industry (lineman or troubleman background is a big plus!)
📜 Proven ability to read and interpret distribution system maps and diagrams
📅 Strong coordination and scheduling skills to manage multiple complex switching plans
🤝 A team player, with the ability to work closely with control centers, engineers, and operations teams
💻 Proficiency in NMS or Oracle NMS utility software
